• All depicted individuals are legally eligible and consented

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, stream, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights
• Contains child exploitation material
• Any content depicting minors (persons under 18 years of age) in a sexualized, explicit, exploitative, or violent context is strictly prohibited. We have zero tolerance for child exploitation and will report any such material to the appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate
• Contains malware, exploits, or malicious code
• Circumvents ads, DRM, or monetization systems

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Copyright & DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable copyright laws.

We may remove content upon receipt of valid infringement notices and terminate repeat infringers. A designated agent for copyright complaints will be published separately.

7. Monetization, Payments & Payouts

If monetization features are enabled:

• Earnings are calculated at our discretion
• Fraudulent or artificial activity voids earnings
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
• Payments may be delayed, withheld, or reversed for compliance, fraud prevention, or legal reasons

All taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

8. Platform Rights & Moderation

We may:

• Remove or restrict content
• Limit reach or monetization
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Modify or discontinue features

We are not obligated to monitor content but reserve the right to do so.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, UI, code, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party providers (CDNs, payment processors, advertisers). We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties regarding availability, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Changes to Terms
